Appearance:
Zachariah stands at 179 CM and 71 KG. He's lean and looks borderline skinny. But if you'd pay close attention to him, you'd see that the reason he appears skinny is because of the very small amount of fat on his body. His hair is hazel brown and always rough. His naturally rather pale skin has a bronze tan. His eyes are green. He's been called cute and on occasion even handsome, both of which have made the boy blush.

Personality:
Zach is mostly a very reserved young man. He doesn't socialize very much on his own, unless he feels comfortable with the people around. Zach is better off tinkering with gadgets than talking to girls. He's what you'd call awkward. He stumbles upon his words and he's not very good at conversating with strangers, certainly not with women. He's a nice guy though, and always helps wherever he can.

However, Zach has a completely different side to him, one that comes from the things that happened to him in his past. It's another side of himself, a harsher and braver side. It's not like he's a different person, but his clumsy nerdy charm is replaced with a rough and cold outlook onto things, making him a more than capable force to be counted on. He becomes this way when frustrated or angry.

Abilities:
Superhuman Dexterity:
Zach's original ability. Zach has superhuman coordination, he's able to complete more or less anything that requires dexterity with a 99.9% success-rate. The power is truly showing when Zach is comfortable, behind the controls of an aircraft.

Weaponization:
Zach's been genetically modified, similar to the weapons X program. He's withstood torture like surgery and showed off his rougher side while doing so. The weaponization of him gave him enhanced senses, much like the animals. His smell, taste, sight and hearing are all superhuman. He was also gifted more rapid regeneration. Not on par with that of say Wolverine, but still very substantially superior to a human.

Skills:

Piloting:
Razor is one of the best pilots in the world, having a 'connection' to an aircraft unlike what most people could even imagine. He can push a plane to it's absolute limit and remain unscathed. Naturally, he's more of a fighter-jet person than anything else. His superhuman dexterity comes into play in the piloting.

Martial Arts:
He has basic military martial arts training.

Engineering:
Not only can he fly an aircraft, he can build one, amongst other things. He's a skilled mechanic, and an even more skilled engineer.

Equipment:

In the field, he wears a pilot jumpsuit painted blue and red over a tactical kevlar armor. He wears special gloves with built in claws, should he need to use them. The claws are about and inch a half long, coming out of the wingers on the gloves. They are made out of vibranium as such they are just about indestructible. His suit comes with jet boosters in his boots and NTH-metal plating in the kevlar suit he wears under the jumpsuit. The boots to give him power to fly, and the NTH-Metal to stabilize him during flight.

The Turbo Kat

The craft is able to outrun any fighter-jet employed by every known military, and outgun just about all of them. It comes with several kind of non-lethal ways to take down an enemy. Everything from
EMP-hook rockets, to bullets that upon impact generates a soft foam. The aircraft is outfitted by Zach beforehand for each mission, as it cannot carry every weapon at once. The airplane holds as many as two passengers, plus the pilot.

Backstory:
Zach's father was one Jake Reid. Jake was an ace pilot and a member of the Blackhawks. As Jake's father and grandfather before him been, ever since the second world war. So being the fourth generation of blackhawk, Zach had a certain pressure on him. He was trained to be a pilot from a very young age, in fact, as soon as he could walk he began being taught about aircrafts and the history of the blackhawks.

Jake was a military man, working for SHIELD on several instances. Jake was known for a rougher temper, and bolstering the nickname “T-Bone”. Zach discovered his abilities at a very young age, just , taking tests to prepare for his first real flight. The Government had already decided they wanted to groom the boy into a weapon by then, and at the age of 15, they did. A year of hellish training, tests and experiments made Zach into the ultimate pilot, according to the SHIELD agents whom had informed him of it all. Zach studied the aircrafts that he flew, and he began to build his own, using information and materials the Blackhawks had gathered throughout their almost century long fight against injustice. Making his craft, the Turbo Kat one of the absolutely most powerful jets in the world, and him it's pilot.
He, however choose not to become a blackhawk. He didn't wanna become a soldier, he wanted to be a hero.

With a distaste for the government, in fact for any sort of rule by adults, he signed up with the Teen Titans, the only team in the world that was essentially their own team, and not someone else's puppets.

Assorted Excuses

Forgive me for my absence friends. I've just undergone one of the worst and most terribly stressful periods I've ever seen. First off, my grandfather was having possibly lethal medical issues that necessitated a trip to Kansas from my father. Then we experienced a bit of a snow storm that required I do some intense shoveling. Then I met a girl, which was amazing at first because we seemed perfect together, but it became stressful when I found out she already had a boyfriend and expected me to wait on her (I feel like if I was the one she wanted she'd just choose me). And then I have a million tests to study for when school returns.

Unfortunately Batman and Deathstroke are sufferers of contrived, forced writing; I mean I love both of the characters and how Salde was rewritten to have this capability to think 14 steps ahead-- but it got a bit ridiculous how it was handled in Identity Crisis. There's being capable, having battle prep, perception, etc. - then there's "I win caz the writers are lazy or fanboys".

Yeah, I think that's what really turns me off the character. He's just... He comes off as kind of a sue far too often for my tastes because of it. And it just gets kind of unbelievable. I mean, I know it's kind of weird to talk about suspension of disbelief when it comes to settings involving apes with jetpacks, time travel and a guy who can circumnavigate the globe in about three seconds give or take, but some things just... I dunno, "prep time" is a lazy excuse, and I don't think even that can explain some of the stuff those kinds of characters get away with.

...I think this is probably why I prefer Batman when he's more street level and dealing with thugs and lower powered supers rather than when they pit him against gods and stuff like that. ...Then again my favourite Batfamily book was always Gotham Central, so take from that what you will.

I think how Slade was written in the Teen Titans cartoon was the best writing the character got in years, honestly. I personally don't find it lazy when Batman defers to preparation time to "ready himself" against a villain he has entire dossiers and equipment against. But take me for example, you will not see Batman being "batgod" when say Solomon Grundy shows up when I write him.
