Mia grinned gleefully. Mac's mind was easier to get into. More open. Mia poeked and around and found a small pocket of grief and sorrow. She lured it to the foreground and made room for it to take center stage. She made it expand until it made all the other emotions subside. It was the only way she knew to do it. Once she was out of his mind Macs eyes were watering and he wiped a tear that fell. Suddenly he was reminded of sad memories old and new.
