I can manipulate temperatures but it doesn’t just stay that way on its own once I stop. Normal air goes through sublimation pretty much instantly.

I can, but I can’t shape it like I can air. But I could pull it out of a big enough pool of water shaped.

Air’s already everywhere. I just freeze it in the shape I want it.

That makes sense. If you had a pool of water, could you shape it one layer at a time and make some kind of shape as you pull it out, sort of like a printer?

Not if it’s water. It would just melt over time, like any other piece of ice.
