Stressful to be sure. It’s made a lot easier by the fact that the individual worlds of the IA have the capacity to run independently, at least for a long while. Think of it as an emergency state of reverting to a network of allied worlds rather than a unified nation, kind of? Regardless, it makes it so that the stress at the top of the totem pole is lessened some. Nice stick by the way.
