If you mean about God, overwhelming and imposing. Not much free space to let you even think for yourself with how much emotion he triggers.

And about the universe... that sounds more like your planet was destroyed or invaded or both, not your universe. On the other hand, ours is pretty broken... and i mean to the laws of physics functionality and all!
