Since I can cancel out any harmonised chaos or chaos he tries to use, he won't be able to use either to cancel out any attacks we throw at him. He may have a few spells on hoof, but it's unlikely that he could cancel anything.

The seal would have to be specifically broken for that. Svár's seal only broke because Soren was killed without reincarnations, and then brought back.
