Each has different abilities that are unknown but are very powerful and useful. Ziphyr's, also mine now, is the ablility to enhance and use the user's own power as an energy instead of just strength,speed,etc. Yes, it sounds pretty weak, but Ziphyr was one of the three highest stanced Beasts. The others weren't necesarily weak,they just didn't have that much power. They didn't really interact with other beings, though sometimes they aid the weak with gifts. Apparently there were many more, but a civil war between them cause them to be reduced to seven.
