I will warn you. He has a second form that he rarely uses and he only uses it as a last resort. It takes a bit of time for him to get to it, but he is much, much more dangerous in it.

The others are take some time getting equipment to ready themselves for anything that Rhoan might throw. He has been known to kill other Bounty hunters and mercenaries. So they are a bit afraid. I'd say as soon as possible or whenever you want.
