It's considered Lost Magic, but really it has been passed down my family for I don't know how many years. Decades. Centuries, maybe. The user is basically a one man army. Able to heal, buff, alter one's own body. Though, I haven't mastered it. It has been combined with other magics as well. The magic is very versatile.

Not the Sky Dragon Slayer, but that's irrelevant. I do have it, almost always, because I'm almost always near Spectre or Canon. No idea why.

Not necessarily. Some people can use more than one. But they're very, very similar, with the same basis. You could almost say that Ice Matrix is part of his Ice Make style.
