The Green Magic is the Law of Earth, simplistically called the magic of nature. Which? "The Law of X" simply names an X which has a similar colour as the colour of the magic, and, with one exception, refers to a time-honoured concept.

The Indigo Magic is the Law of Velvet, simplistically named the deep magic. It deals with the molecular level of things, allowing one to manipulate chemical bonds, the effects of electrons in their orbits, and so many other things that I couldn't possibly think of them all at the moment. It is, again, extremely versatile.
