Thats a vauge answer to my first question, and a deflection from mu second. At what rate relative to the normal flow of time that is commonly perceived are we moving?
We're moving backwards. But those around us are moving forwards, much faster than we're moving backwards. But beyond that, it's moving forwards so much slower than the rate that we're moving forwards-backwards, it is essentially not moving at all. It is all relative, my dear.
