Her subconscious mind created a figure of itself, and we both know how shattered that is. So an unstable, murderously enraged child killer was born. It could become an adult if it wanted, but it wasn't truly Misty, just her bloodlust.

Well, the anatomy of pegasi technically works against their flight, so they have natural magic abilities that provide them with lift and such. Since we're alicorns, and high-tier ones at that, we've got lots more power than a normal pegasus, so we can just lift ourselves up without the need of wings.

Because it makes it easier. Not all alicorns are high-tier alicorns, and very few shapeshift into humans, as a matter of course, so it's not particularly often needed.

My accomplices? Firstly, why was she drifting after that experiment? Unity is pathetic, a waste of time right now. If Misty an uncalculated variable was involved, then things are vastly different than the calculation set I've been using would suggest.
