Alright, here's the plan. I can get my needed info about the codex from him, and enlist his help in taking down the crimson armada, at the very least. If you have any other suggestions of what terms you wish to apply, please do mention them. I've got a Key module built into the Wheel that only activates when non registered users are present, requiring a chip , or 'key', to use it to its full potential. He will only be able to use the Wheel's capabilities for 30 seconds per activation, and will require a long amount of time to charge and be used again. The key is a one time use as well, as he would need another unused key to activate it again. It also has built in AI system that only responds to fellow 'Members', or registered members, which we will have full contact capabilities with at all times. Therefore, he can't use it for anything other than what it was built for and what we allow him to do, much like placing restrictions on TV shows for a child. It also has a sensor system that will allow us to see and hear whatever he sees and hears.

True, but the Wheel was designed, at least on my end, to be a means of justice, an end all be all, last resort, anti Ultra Being weapon. That,and something tells me he was there on purpose, out of any star, he happened to being that exact one. Why? What is his business there? He could own potentially universes full of stars, I could only imagine. His clearly powerful enough to kill me, and possibly even you, being that he was residing in the middle of the star. A man of that stature needing assistance from the Wheel, clearly is dealing with a threat big enough to take us on, therefore letting him 'borrow' it might not be that bad of an idea. Its not like the wheel doesn't have set protocols in place to prevent misuse, anyways.
