Any and all energy, although I can only handle a certain amount. Luckily, I haven't reached that peak in combat, yet.

Any of it. I can even control spiritual energy. As long as its within eyesight or as far as my own energy pool can reach out, its within my grasp.

However, with motion energy, I can simply absorb it, there not much I can do with it.

Life force, souls, pretty much anything with an energy reading. Even magic. However, I refuse to dabble in those arts, that isnt something I wish to follow.

Mierno: well, that part is rather complicated, but what I can tell you, is that once I have made contact with a form of energy, a pool of it forms within my own energy, allowing me to draw from it for later use,or absorb more the next time I come into contact with it.

Oh, my apologies. To be fair, I have made little contact with such things, but what I have, I have learned a decent amount. With life forces, or really any form of energy with the body, I can control it like a puppet. Anyways, spiritual energy typically resides in natural born entities, or even dead ones.
