Centipedes are running around without any kind of purpose, being crushed by rocks and buildings. They seem to be scattering away from something.the centurions stand still and vigilant even as their world falls to pieces.*

*A small pinhole in reality opened, no bigger then a marble. It floated high in the sky, motionless for several seconds, before an object; a small silver pendant with a black stone at it's heart, appeared in an explosion of voidish blue lightning. As the dimensional hole swiftly closed, the jewelry began to fall through the air toward ground. As it grew closer to the world below, the presence of life became visible.*

*A bright streak of hot white fire trailed in the wake of the falling pendant as it struck the ground somewhere several hundred yards from the group of adventures that also occupied this land.*
