*Muffled voices and loud whispers seeped from the surrounding reality and into the stone. Oblivious to the curious beings, the presence inside grew more aware and more awake with each passing moment. Only inside the stone, moments were longer then in reality. What was a second on the outside was weeks on the inside. The presences had be listening to those in possession of the pendant for quite some time now. Still, it's senses continued to emerge.

The calls of slumber grew more and more overwhelming, pulling at Araby's consciousness. The distant, observing figure that had vanished seemed to appear and disappear from her vision as she looked around. Always, the shadow stayed at the corner of her eye but never fully entering view.*

*As Araby fell away from the waking world, the pendant became affixed to her. The cold abrasive air of reality faded into darkness as the dream took over.*

The Dream
*The darkness begins to lift but only slightly. Surrounding Araby are tree's that tower into the darkness. So tall, they have no clear canopy. It appears to be night. It's silent. In the distance, attached to the trunk of a tree, is a small paper with something written on it. It's too far to read it from here.*

Reading over the words, the intense feeling of being watched creeps up on Araby. tugging at the back of her head.*

*Araby's voice echoed into the distance, fading on the sounds of wind despite there being no breeze. Nothing was behind her. But something was definitely in this odd forest with her. Suddenly something shines in the corner of her eye. Another page. It's up on a tree just a little further away.*

*she goes to the tree on silent footsteps and then looks at the page.*

*The gravle path beneath Araby's feet crunches softly with each step she takes. Getting closer to the page, an unsettling message is scrawled across the front.*
"SEES YOU"
*A light sipping sound breaks the intense silence, echoing through the tree's.*

*A strange aura begins to raise from Araby's sleeping body. Only this time, the aura is visible. It reaches out like a black mist, stretching into the air.*
