Seems to be normal human, besides being too smart for his own good. His cunning and intelligence could potentially surpass shinji himself, but we will see. It seems his motive against shinji is personal with the way he operates. It seems he wants to strip shinji of everything shinji has. I have units placed within shinji's government. It would seem that half of the major components of it are secretly under Alastaire's control.
