Quite possible. Unless... Royce was also assigned that folder.. Perhaps she returned the papers to him? He has a habit of misplacing the folders, despite how organized she usually is.

Agreed. She can be a bit reckless at times. I really hope she wasnt involved in this too much, she seemed like a genuinely good person.
