Canon's the law guy on our team. I don't know how he does it, but he's probably better-versed in the law than anyone at the Guild and he makes everything we do run smoothly with the authorities.

I will disagree with the notion that Tier Five is a government, but it is, however, a large part of the firm anti-corruption mechanisms we have in place.

My goal is not to garner enemies for him. Most, however, are quite uninformed on the role Tier Five plays. We take great precautions to prevent ourselves from becoming the Systems we replaced.
