The idea of power levels seems like it would limit others. I don't particularly like it.

Considering they're fluid and increase as the user gets more power... not really.

yeah, but this wound, it isnt healing, i attempted to break down into particles to escape that blood trap but since cells are as far down as i can go, and his blood is made of cells, they mixed and made this wound permanent....
