Or is that just another mask I wear to keep their trust and further my own goals? We're...castaways I suppose. People who have lost their way and are now forced to wander aimlessly in other realms.

Ainz: *Shakes head* I am royalty...in a way I suppose, but we were not cast out. Rather, it was by our own actions that we ended up in that city. You see, there was this artifact, a magical one, and we used it. The next thing I know, we were in your city and impossibly far from our original home.
