That's exactly the problem. I ended up "recruiting" the IA to take a lot of it because their responsiveness to issues involving Nemid makes it easier to get things where they need to be than I could ever manage on my own.

The issue is that it has to be reactive deployment to Nemid’s appearance. It’s hard- no, pretty much impossible to do it preemptively.
