WELL, I didn't expect... *Looks at my bare wrist* This.
*My hand explodes into dust*
I think I forgot a piece of... "genetic" "material" *I do air-quotes with my remaining hand at those two words right before it fades away like a mirage* when designing this vessel and it's starting to catch up, so I'm going to be stuck back in Yami's body sooner than expected. Not a big concern, nothing permanent, but an inconvenience.
*The rest of my body flickers like a candle flame* Luckily this is mostly offset by a few things, so I should be back sooner than expected as well...
*As my body starts turning to dust from the bottom up I continue* With as much experience as I have in splitting my mind, next time should be the finale. I'll be able to project a body reminiscent of what it would be were I still human, and then I'll just have to control it and my actual body simultaneously. Momentai, especially since I can leave the real body under Yami's control if needed.
*The last of my body blows away before I finish, my words echoing after as a small light floats from where my chest was out of the room*

Record: *Upon realizing that Kat is an android and the situation, I sigh and raise both of my arm above my head as another pair of arms erupt from my back. Within seconds, the new pair turn into branches of flesh and bone that quickly grow to cover the interior of the cube before the external structure destabilizes. At the same time, my raised arms turn into sharp scythe-like blades that I soon bring down upon Kat's body to sever the infected portion from the rest in one clean blow.
After picking it up and walking backwards another me emerges from the wall, picks up the uncontaminated sections, and drags them and itself into non-dimensional space after quickly cutting it's connection with the flesh enclosure. The me that's left behind smirks with a tired and pained look in its eyes.*
