Is that something special? Personally I never really understood it. The person who is related to you is at the end of the day still a person. Or is it because of that you have some sort of unspoken bond?

Family is special because they take care of and love each other. You don’t have to be related to be family, but when you are you usually get those relationships built-in.

Family is different with everyone, but I would say that in my experience it is those of kin or close relationship who care and watch for each other. Without any need to ask.
