Hypothetically. But even if you did that, it's almost guaranteed to be useless due to the monumental mass of the atom. It's much more logical to say you created a new metal, alloy, ion, molecule, or isotope.

Didn't seem awkward to me. Action symbols are meant to show what a character can see and sense. That's what Jacob did.

Mr. Strange is made out of Strange Matter, super condensed particles. But we have updated some of the power levels, so there are less universe busters, and more fall within the planet-buster range.

Someone else's character is alone. Trying to respond with
*Spooky sound in the trees*
seems awkward if it's an account using a character, and doesn't fit, since their device/their channel's device isn't in the area to record the action. It's weird to have an action on Data's account regarding someone if Data isn't even there.
