My step mother seems to have something against me, not sure why. But she occasionally shows a softer side, but usually that's when my half sister bri is with us when we're talking, she is only 8, by the way.

She seems distant and cold to me whenever my father is around, or when it is just me and her. She tries to hold some form of authority over me that seems to work on my father, and then he gets involved. Although, before my aunt/ her sister passed away, I got along with my aunt really well. We were best friends, practically siblings.

That's true. And right now, she is chillin up there with him right now probably. She was a big fan of Bob marley, so I wonder if she got the chance to meet him yet, I believe he was Christian, and he seemed to be a good guy, so he might be up there too.
