Goodnight all. I'll leave you with a math paradox/puzzle:

You flip two coins without looking. Your friend tells you one of them is heads. What is the probability that one of them is tails? Is it 1/2 or 2/3?

It's fucking 1/2 fuck everyone who teaches otherwise they're fucking wrong and I will fight them over this. A coin has a 1/2 chance of being either and the results of another do not fucking effect it god damn.

The issue is that silver isn't a color. I can create illusions, but making something look "like it's staring into your soul" is something I only know how to do by making the pupils focal point the camera.

Silver is a bright almost white grey.

It's not. It's a collection of gray and lighting/reflective combinations.

I agree; it's 1/2. The problem is when counting the possible outcomes, but that's still cheating a bit.

"Silver or Metallic gray is a color tone resembling gray that is a representation of the color of polished silver. The visual sensation usually associated with the metal silver is its metallic shine."

You cannot get "silver" by mixing any combination of red, yellow, blue, black, and white pigments. It's gray with reflective shading.

I always argue that metallic is itself a color. You get silver by mixing metallic and grey, ergo it's a color.

A color, by definition, has to be able to be spread to a surface with no variances in shading or lighting. Flat, essentially. How do you make a "metallic" color?

I thought that series was over.

It's not really something that can be actualized. It's all conceptual for now.

It's been on indefinite hiatus since #9 and now it's back on indefinite hiatus.

If it can't be represented as a pigment, it's not a color.

Why is that?

It can theoretically there's just no known way to do it yet. Sort of like clear is a color that can't be actualized.

Their old artist is too busy so now they have a team of artists working together but they just don't have any plans for a new one atm.

Scientific discovery and theory doesn't apply that way here. We have the light spectrum and the color wheel; there is no physical way to conceptualize more.

Darn. That show was great.

I figured. Humble Bundle is a great service though, and I just bought the third tier. I can't wait to get PC Mean Bean Machine.
