I came to the realization that most of you stay up as late as I do, yet many of you awake significantly earlier. As a result, I have come to the conclusion that you don't get a decent quantity of sleep.

It's actually incredibly healthy. 12 hours of sleep is optimal.
I shower with it and the smell gets stuck in my nose and it ruins everything I drink.

This is relative. There isn't a universal circadian rhythm, just an average. After enough time it'll regulate and it won't matter.
