One issue with that. I'm American, so I have a different definition. Besides, who cares if it's legal or not? Legal and morally okay are very different.

I posted "test" in pound symbols, and you said that only the user could see what was in the pound symbols. So, I logged onto another user (Balance) and checked to see if I could see "test", and I could. Also it doesn't show in QQCode so lel.
