Its everywhere. It works like a network. Shinji can summon it at any time. Granted, it would take some time for shinji in his new body to activate a 'new user', since this body isnt his original, but he will work it out.

- had to work
- got sent to a difficult building.
- halfway through, had an allergy attack so bad it hospitalized me. Recieived a shitton of steroids, and an epi shot.
