A while back you stated that if String Theory was proven, then so would the Multiverse.-snip- I would refute your final statement, but that's borderline religious fights, so I'll keep my mouth shut. ;~;

I don't think I said that. Ever. I stay away from string theory. You sure it wasn't david saying that?

I am completely sure that it was you who said that.

"By the way, String Theory proves the Multiverse. :P"
Back when we were talking about how David believed that the laws of physics might be different somewhere else.

I'm not an expert on string theory by any means. I try to avoid it too.

Hold on, hold on. The context was that God may have made reality abide by different rules elsewhere in the universe.

Talking about this made me remember a debate I had with my friend where he tried to disprove Multiverse Theory by saying that if it were true, then there would be some universes where Multiverse Theory wasn't true, hence contradicting itself...

;~; Things like that are above the concept of a single universe.

Yeah, so idfk what he's on about. I know like nothing of it and am like 95% sure I would never go so far as to claim string theory = multiverse.

No, nautiluses are.

Nautilus pompilius is the largest species in the genus. One form from northwestern Australia, once called Nautilus repertus, may reach 26.8 centimetres (10.6 in) in diameter.

They're giant sea snails that have tentacles and swim around by spinning at really high speeds.

I don't care enough to look into it.

However, if the theory where all possible occurrences happen, someone would have found a way to travel between them and destroy all universes.

Hence why there are more dimensions than just 5. Oddly enough, when I was 13 or so and came up with the Triggers and all that, I thought up everything all the way up to scales. Turns out, last year in first semester physics I learned that I was exactly right with what scientists believe in terms of dimensions 4+, even got the number right and what each one was. :P
Originally the AT was linked to all the other copies' memories because I had thought up Nexus, giving him his portal powers and personality first, not knowing what Nexus meant but choosing his name, then looking it up to find out what it means and I was like "... well then". That sort of thing happened/happens to me a lot, but that was one of the coolest times, since I was pretty much like: "... I totally fucking called that. AT ftw."

Hence why Source and Path. Which, believe it or not, is a slightly altered version of the scientific hypothesis on the subject. :P Except I thought it up when I was 15 (I think. I don't remember if I thought it up at 13 with the rest or later on) :P

I think multiverse is just an excuse to not believe in God.
