I don't know about either of you, but you both know that I'm super religious, and I don't feel that the RP affects my faith in the slightest.

It doesn't affect mine either. I have mixed emotions about RP vulgarity, ranging from extremely good to extremely bad. All I have to say is wow... This ran whizz off...

I personally feel like it was an overreaction. The point is to work through things like that.

I can see how that could actually affect someone though. It affects me, I'm just good about putting unnecessary emotion off to the side.

The only thing that can get to me is homosexuality, and even still. In my opinion, nothing is more "bad" than something else.

I disagree. But honestly and truthfully, it doesn't even matter. Bad is bad, and I tolerate what I need to rather easily, most of the time.

It's fine if you disagree, but I don't believe in varying degrees of sin. I believe that lying is just as bad as murder in God's eyes.

I agree there. The sin- the wrongdoing- is all the same in God's eyes, except for blasphemy. But as far as my own perspective, each wrongdoing is bad or worse depending on the circumstance(s).

Yeah, I can see that. For instance, I don't think punishment for any kind of wrong should be the same, but I don't think that there are varying degrees of "wrong." Although, the blasphemy thing only applies to one guy.

Steal a flat screen? Honestly man, you screwed up somewhere and deserve what's coming.
Steal an item of high sentimental value from someone? That's the worst thing you can possibly do.

All of those are stealing. They're of items of different worth, but I don't believe the badness of it changed.

The principle behind it is all the same. But how were people affected by each of those three occurrences? That's how I look at it. Rip someone's heart in half by taking the only picture they have of their parents, or take a pack of gum from Wal-Mart, which no one will even notice, and will probably never be missed.

But you missed something. When you take that picture, you've comitted two wrongs, not one.
