No. This is the best way it could have played out. I've realised everything I should have realised a long time ago. And now I can really focus on what's important. My life won't be centred around computer any more.
It really should be. The computer is a gateway to the collective knowledge, intelligence, kindness, imagination, etc. of the entire species. While that's collectively not a lot, it's still far more than a single human's.
And, also, if you give up and avoid something over adversity, you'll never grow stronger. You'll always remain as weak as you are at the time. Crying is fine, it's natural and important, but so is trudging on despite them.
Or you could give up and hate yourself later on, I don't really care which. I don't pretend to care about the future of others like you've been taught to.
