I'm not familiar with that specific idea. What about squids?

Dude, I watched the whole thing. Petra was my favorite.

Heck yeah! She so awesome! I was so shocked and saddened that she died. I was screaming no and running around the living room while my older brother was like, wat?

Okay, so first of all, squid eyes are exactly the same as human eyes. Second, Darwin himself said in Origin of Species that evolution could not have possibly created something so useful and complex as the human eye. He said it was absurd. Third, squids and humans are in completely different evolutionary trees and supposedly evolved completely separately, which means the impossible human eye evolved twice. The exact same way. Completely separately.

They call this convergent evolution, the phenomena in which the same thing evolves twice separately. Completely preposterous. Other examples include echolocation in both dolphins and bats.

I doubt it's 100% the same. An expert would be able to tell some difference between human and squid eyes.

Nearly exactly the same. Same functions, same parts, same structure. It's amazing evidence against evolution.

Haha, you'd think it was the other way around at first sight.

Yeah. It ropes people in, until they figure out that those two would have "evolved" completely separately, which is impossible just to think about.
