Know what's my biggest pet peeve?

When you're walking back from the store with ice cream and you get shanked in the kidney by Gary Busey and left for dead by the bucked-tooth psychopath and he steals your fucking ice cream.

This has happened twice now.

This...and when they're in a group, spread out instead of single file. I just want to start going through them like an NFL fullback.

What I find even more annoying is when one is walking in the opposite, and this group is approaching in this broad line. Four or five of them, blocking the whole sidewalk. One moves as far to the edge as one can, but they just stay in formation, keep coming, until one is forced onto the road. And as they pass, the glare, as if to say, "What the hell are you doing? Have some common decency, make some space for other people to walk."

It happens to me every day. I keep trying to be firm, stay on the sidewalk, but they just glare at me as though I'm just some typical impolite teenager that doesn't know that sidewalks were meant for people above nineteen and below thirteen. Once I had been blocked by a wall on my side, and so I stopped and made as much room as possible for their group, and they still walked with tons of space between them, physically pushed past me and glared as if I shouldn't be there. I stick myself into tree branches and duck under trees and even push myself into the prickly bushes.

And it makes me feel so guilty.

I hate feeling guilty despite being as nice as I can be.

My friends are the dicks in your scenario Holmi, they even go as far as to blatantly walk in the middle of the road and expect cars to go around them. Their reasoning for being such dicks?

"Pedestrians have the right of way."

Pedestrians also have soft flabby bodies and that hunk of metal moving at 40 miles per hours doesn't. Be less retarded kthnks.

@idlehands: its a themed set :D

People that are not disabled and have no reason to ride in grocery store electric carts.

And they stop right in the middle of an isle...

When I make a very obvious sigh or a what the fuck, they have the nerve to get mad.

Pricks.

This is the most Canadian and/or British thing I've ever fucking read, other than perhaps "accidentally made eye contact with someone on the London tube, not sure if I should apologise."

just as an FYI, you're probably the asshole in this situation. There's plenty of people who aren't hideously deformed that still need an electric cart (source: I carry crutches with me when I'm Wal-Carting just to avoid your reaction). I don't mean to single you out -- fucking tons of people go full SJW when they decide 'This person isn't visibly disabled enough in my eyes, therefore I hate them.' I guess that counts as my pet-peeve of the post.

Friends is the wrong term, it's more "people I hang out with but never enjoy"

I should stop but I can't

My pet peeves including riding with people, and them parking beside another car - when there are open spaces.

People who leave their shopping carts in the middle of the aisles and stuff. Like... WHY WOULD YOU EVEN, PEOPLE HAVE TO WALK HERE.
