Okay, posted the closing for Phase 2. TheRider's scenario starts Phase 3. The Scenario may start anytime between August 11 evening to August 13 afternoon.

The following information were canonized: The victim’s name, age and her blonde hair. Conflicting statements regarding her personality are present (goody-two-shoes or part-animal?). Mr Allen J has dropped out from the RP hence the characters Shannon Jacqueline Balore and Deborah Lillian Termellio are no longer valid for suspicion.

Mysteries: 1) Who’s the victim? Maria Todd is largely still an enigma. Players are free to define her personality and background further. 2) Where was the victim last seen and by whom? Use these questions as a means to build suspicion on other players.

Plot-Points: Lisa Daniels (Konica), Chris Richards (Liriia), Cooper Harley (Polyphemus), Lillith Adams (Silent Observer) receives the "Person(s) of Interest" plot-point, due to their relationship statement and/or IC development. They're sought after by the detectives to clarify their relationship with the victim.

7:14 – Detective Nash arrives at the scene. Body has been transported to the lab/morgue for further examination.
7:30 to 10:30 - Detective Nash and Officers canvased the area.
11:25 - Detective Nash returns to his office and began filing the case.
