The Lost Fleet [Medium to High Casual]

If anybody is interested in helping me please send me a message so we can figure things out. I want to make this a really damn good roleplay and I need some damn good roleplayers and some CO GM's

I've been wanting to do a roleplay that is based in the same universe as the book. I have a basic idea for the plot but I would like some help smoothing it out.
Some ideas I already have.

Kick's/Cow Bears

Callas Republic (Humans)
Rift Federation (Humans)
Several Minor human factions
As for races unless you can convince me I'll keep it strictly to humans.

Ships types
This is going to be a bit of a challenge cause there are no pictures of what the ships actually look like. I will be updating this more later tonight

Ranks

Alliance has military ranks.
Officer:
Admiral of the Fleet
Admirals
Vice Admirals
Rear Admirals
Captains
Commanders
Lieutenant Commanders
Lieutenants
Lieutenants Junior Grade
Ensign

Enlisted:
Master Chief Petty Officers
Senior Chief Petty Officers
Chief Petty Officers
Petty Officers 1st Class
Petty Officers 2nd Class
Petty Officers 3rd Class
Sailors First Class
Sailors
Sailors Recruit
The Callas Republic and the Rift Federation I believe have the same general order for the ranks.

For the Syndicate's their ranks are similar to corporations ie CEO, VP, Junior CEO.
