Alright, so where should we all be at than? I left Myrn's back story vague location wise because I don't want to be causing a ruckus in Orlais when everyone is in Tevintar.

A) Due to the rebellion (which is Ferelden gaining independence lead by King Maric Theiren) diplomatic relations with Ferelden may not have allowed armed Templars to enter Ferelden (even at the Chantry's behest). The reason nobody found out my character was a Mage was because she herself had no idea. It took a demon for her to remember. However once the Rebellion had been won the Templars came and attacked her. As for when she beat them they didn't attack her again, I'm uncertain. She could be protected in the Alienage by the other elves but there is some time before that where she was vulnerable.

I don't know what impact the conflict had on the Chantry/Templars entering Ferelden to be honest. But even if you're right then how did your character meet and marry a templar? The bigger question I feel compelled to ask is: how did your character forget she was a mage? If you add some more detail to these points it might make it easier for us to understand.

I haven't checked, but eight humans and an elf, right? Not one Dwarf, or even a Qunari?

No one likes dwarves. :(Also, my PC is half Kossith if that counts.

I actually had to look up what a Kossith was meant to be.I'll admit I haven't read your character sheet yet, so are you a follower of the Qun, or not?

How is it she's a Kossith? Considering the word is so very unknown, would mean that the Kossith people would have likely died out sometime ago. The Codex even mentions the Kossith 'birthed' Ogres, meaning the only Kossith still living are probably Broodmothers. Not to mention -410 ancient is almost a thousand years ago, if I remember the Dragon age timeline correctly. Not trying to discourage you from this path or anything, just trying to make sense of it all.

The Codex makes no mention of them by all being captured, it's not hard to imagine some escaping capture as it never says they were wiped out.

Also, the word Kossith is no longer used, the people, or 'race' is still very much alive, just known now as Qunari.
