Kay, sorry that took so long. .
Name/Area of Origin:
Silva, Silicon ValleyAge: 25
Appearance(Shorter, actually. About 5'5") The cloak (doesn't actually drag the ground and is more of a greyish-silver, also thicker), hanging to gently kiss her ankles is her trademark. It's hard to hide her face in the cloak, but she always tries clumsily. The only people for sure to see her face are her victims and temporary associates, but it's not really difficult for someone to catch a glimpse every now again. Otherwise, she never takes the cloak entirely off when on a job, as it is basically her lifeline. On top of her head, under the hood, are a pair of goggles. Silva is nimble, allowing her to be agile, silent, and able, although this makes her very frail, where the cloak comes in to hide her small stature.
Weapon/Method of Choice: Silva's cloak is actually her best weapon. Covering her arms to her wrists and drifts down towards her feet, the cloak is made of military-grade light-bending technology,
rendering her nearly invisible when active and is usually how she sneaks to her target and attach a chip to their head or neck (made by own hand to be untraceable back to her), one than can only be applied by hand but that can remotely shock and destroy brain and/or nerves in the spine. Of course, this technology has it's own power grid inside the cloak and is limited to ten minutes of activity at a time, with a ten minute waiting period in between. Her sleeves contain launchers on top of her right arm for the fireballs magicians use, unable to cause harm, but able to cause heat and alarm. She also uses flint finger tips to snap sparks into the spark paper and smoke paper lining the inside of her cloak, making it easy for her to cloud a room to her advantage or for her escape. The goggles atop her head utilizes magnification, infrared, and thermal technology, allowing her to see what she needs to see and earpiece technology to advance her hearing when needed. In addition to the launcher on her right are, she has a dart shooter on her left that shoots darts of her own creation to slowly paralyze a person, or simply slow them down depending on the conditions (size of target, immunity, afflicted area, etc). She has extra ammo in the pockets of her cloak, ranging from the darts to zapping pellets (no more painful than a hornet sting), along with small, harmless tracer darts she created herself, meant to not be felt, but still not impossible. On her wrists are light-weight metal gauntlets that house the launching mechanisms she uses, both of which also house and an expansive smoke system for escape purposes but the left one also has a screen that serves as a GPS, map, and a tracker for her tracer darts, while both gauntlets are made sturdy enough to aid her in combat. All technology Silva uses has it's own limit of power that the goggles and earpieces can both inform the condition of, although she has customized her "power pack" to be able to absorb power from any source of electricity -- the larger the voltage, the faster it charges.
In her black SUV is a spare 'power pack', a generator to recharge her packs if she has no other options, and a tool kit for maintenance. Like the common assassin - or thief - Silva carries around both a long-bladed switch blade and a glock on her belt, neither of which she is proficient with. Although she can handle herself in hand-to-hand combat, it's basically just enough to make for an escape with an open-handed, opportunistic fighting style.
Personality: Silva grew up silently and a little snarky in San Fransisco, so she's used to ignoring people when she feels they don't need to be heard. Becoming a genius at a young age has left her cocky; genius's never fail and the cocky never die, right? Silva sometimes acts as if the wires around her (especially in her hometown) are her own nerves and veins, her brain reacting to her surroundings as if they were parts of her own body and the natural power sources were her adrenaline, trying to give her way to her location the best she can. She'd like to act unattached from everything, as if she were less of a human and more of one of the many mechanical creations of hers, although she knows very well how emotional she can be in the blink of an eye -- even if it's simply the failure of a mission.
