Salutations, folks. I go by the fine username of Ranehiku. I have an over-seven-year history of roleplaying that dates back to April 7, 2007 (yes, I can track it back to the exact date), when I began on a...let's say, dirty roleplaying site. In my early years partaking in this hobby, I used to only do dirty roleplays, because I wasn't interested in clean roleplays where nothing explicit happened; I was a big smut hound at the time. Another vice that I had was that I wasn't interested in doing paragraph roleplays, because I was arrogantly lazy and didn't feel like making the effort to write up more than one or two sentences or one full paragraph or two.

Then, one night, in either 2009 or 2010, I decided to try my hand at a clean roleplay out of curiosity, and then I came to realize that roleplaying didn't have to be all about perverted fantasies. And that was one of the first vices I got out of. In 2013, someone came to me on Skype who would become a friend of mine. Together, we discussed about original stories and fandoms and, enchanted by his friendliness and cooperation, I finally worked up the gall to be allowing to type up a lot of text for a roleplay and we soon came to write up a story based on the Magic School Bus (just a childhood favorite of mine...).

Me and my friend did another roleplay (though unfinished), traded ideas back and forth on my completely original universes that I had been working on for some time, and even talked about daily casual things outside of roleplaying. We then went on to start a group called Nerapeak which collective aim is to create stories, both original and fandom-based, and set up vast potential for imagination.

Then, one day...my friend disappeared. He didn't leave a notice or anything like that, he just up and vanished. I don't know what the reason was for the abrupt departure, but nevertheless, I was shocked and depressed. Then bad blood occurred in the group between two of the members and that led to the group becoming inactive.

In this dark time, I didn't know what to do. My friend had left and the group had disintegrated into inactivity. But after a while, it came to me that I must not mope around forever...

So I picked myself back up and went to start anew. I had gotten more friends, I had added becoming a writer as one of my dreams, and I'm aiming to make some more friends on this site.

So, looking forward to great times on this site, and I can't wait to make a team again!
