Mmkay so I haven't had this happen before. I don't know if this is just for me, but my signature shows a little picture from Photobucket saying "Aren't you popular?" when there's supposed to be a gif there. Any suggestions on how to fix that?

That's an issue with photobucket, contact them about it.

Try uploading your gif to imgur instead. I find that to be the best reliable source for my image hosting needs.

Photobucket has small bandwidth limits for photos uploaded by free accounts. You can either pay for their upgraded service, or use a different image hosting site.

Pachamac already suggested Imgur, and that's also what I would suggest. Imgur is what I use for all my image hosting, and I've never had any problems with it.
