"I'm with Liam," Shiranui stated, "We'll answer any questions you have tomorrow."

Liam's dad excused himself to go find Shiranui's parents and bring them to the room they were celebrating in. Liam placed the trophy on the table.
"So, Shall I take it that after the interview, you two will be ready to head to Kalos?" Sycamore inquired.

[James Davy]

"Indeed we will," answered Shiranui.

Soon after, Liam's father returned with Shiranui's parents.

"Hello Shiranui," Shiranui's father greeted.
"Hello dad, mum," Shiranui greeted back.
"We're so proud of you," Shiranui's mother stated.
"Thanks mum," replied Shiranui.

"Hello Mr and Mrs Tsukiko." Liam said with a respective bow.

"Hello champ," Mr Tsukiko greeted back, "Congratulations on winning the Conference."

"Thank you sir." Liam said. After a few hours on conversation, Liam was beginning to fell tired.

"It's time for us to leave," Mr Tsukiko stated.

The next day came. DJ Mary had recording equipment so she could do the interview. She asked the following questions

• Name and Hometown
• What regions have you traveled to?
  Where next?
• Do you have a preference for a certain kind of Pokemon? If so, what?
• Is there any particular Pokemon you’d like to catch when you reach the next region?
• How does it fell to be the champ? (Liam only)
• Do you have any advice for aspiring trainers (Shiranui Only)

"My names is Liam Coleman, and I come from Blackthorn City."
"Kanto and Johto. Going to Kalos next"
"Yes, Dragons. Growing up in Blackthorn, I always loved seeing the dragons trained by Clair."
"Goomy."
"I don't know how to put words to it to be honest, I feel like I am just dreaming, and that I am going to wake up and it be the morning of the final round.

[James Davy]

"I'm Shiranui Tsukiko and I'm from Ecruteak City."
"I've been through Kanto and Johto and I'm about to add Kalos to the list."
"I do have a preference and that would be for fox-like Pokémon such as Ninetales, the Eeveelutions and Zoroark."
"One of Sycamore's starters in particular happens to evolve into one of my favourites, but as for catching one on my own it would be a Honedge."
"My advice for all of you champions of tomorrow would be to know your Pokémon, take good care of your Pokémon and bond with them as some Pokémon will evolve through a strong bond with their trainer."

Mary thanked the two for their time and left. Prof Sycamore informed them that the plane was ready to go. Liam said his final good-byes and got on the plane.

Shiranui said his farewells as well before boarding the plane.

The plane took off for Kalos.
