He grew up in the gold clan which is why he is so well trained. I was going to right some kind of inspiriational story about how he came to be affiliated with the 'Clan out of Time' but there is no story. He was raised in the clan, adopted as a baby. He got the chance at a regular education but didnt really socialize with his peers since they wouldnt really understand the ability to make swords out of other things. Despite that he has a rather cheerful disposition and works pretty well with others on a professional level. But buddy buddy doesnt work. When he was selected as the Second in command in Usagi it wasnt because of anything special. he was really given the position to more easily monitor the other clans. The gold clan of course had a habit of staying out of everyones way and observing. And if anything happened the masked members woudl show up and there would be no media coverage. The other clans had their own views of the Gold clan, ranging from respect to disinterest. It was, primarily, Sage's job to pan out the general opinion of Usagi. Other: Decided to stay gold (bang)

So Saito is accepted. However, after going over it I felt the need to ask (because of his enjoyment of bad deeds)...You guys know that the Red Clan aren't bad guys right? Like they don't really do typical criminal things.Don't get me wrong they're violent. This is true. That's what makes people see them as nothing more than a gang. They cause unneeded destruction and crap lol, but they don't misuse the power per say. My reasoning is the test for becoming a clansmen. You have to shake the red king's hand while it is engulfed in the aura. If you have good intentions you'll be fine and accepted and the HOMRA insignia will appear somewhere on your body. If you have bad intentions, you'll be burned. It's a pretty life threatening thing actually XDSo yeah. I'm not saying we don't do bad things. But I just felt it was something that should be clarified. HOMRA does help people. This much is true. But they're more like anti-heroes. Or some crap like that. Laws and rules aren't gonna stop them from having some fun and getting done what they need to get done. Side note: Mechanic is looking good so far.EDIT: Cho is accepted. I like the characters so far. it feels like everything is slowly building. if you guys want we can talk a little more about certain characters and relationships before beginning. Like who knows who. How much do they know about each other? Etc. More so then we already have. lol

I felt like adding something to this
Each clan has it's job to do for the society,
Blue is the rule keepers and the police in a sense. They keep things under control
Gold is the law maker, the one who oversees everything
Silver is the one who keeps an eye on everything
Green, I'm not sure exactly since there isn't much knowledge about it yet
Colorless is just there, again not exactly sure
Red is the protector, their job is to take care off all the bad people and protect the common people from them so that the police can handle the other things and not worry about gangs and drugs and violence but with the red, they have strong bonds so if you hurt one of them it's not good so yes they are the rowdier type of people but that doesn't mean they hurt those who are innocent. Like demon said they are anti-heroes in a sense
