I apologize for not posting. My laptop was stolen last night and all of its contents were erased by a girl who planned on selling it via factory reset. I'll have to work up something through my phone. My sincerest apologies for this.

I got it back but she performed a factory reset and put a password on it. I'm having a friend look into trying to get the info out before it's deleted, or restore it to a functioning point prior to the reset.

Try looking up password crackers like ActiveClient or maybe mess in the BIOS settings and see if an Admin Password can help reset everything.
