There will be a 3 hour (In RP time, not IRL) grace period where you have a map of the terrain and are in a room with a good amount of food and survival gear if nessecary, and it is suggested you take it. You will want to make friends with your teammate, they will be your only companion that isn't going to try to kill you. You also want to strategize. You don't know who's watching, but I'll tell you right now, don't hesitate taking the coup de grace. No one can be fatally injured here, The runners of the tournament will heal you. Welcome to the tournament. Have fun. :)

Leo stood in the room with the gear and map and spun his butterfly knife in his hand. Flipping it and do tricks as he moved his blade about he waited for his partner. He had been told the boys name was Lee, but so far he hadn't shown. So Leo continued to spin the blade while staring down at the map.

Lee finally finds the so called room he was supposed to be in, upon walking in he sees another person, playing with a knife, " People these days" Lee muttered to himself. Lee walked up to the kid and held out his hand for a handshake, " Hey its nice to meet you, the names Lee, what yours", Lee asked politely.

Spinning the knife around his hand he shook the guys hand. He was larger than the newcomer, but at least the guy had manners. "Hey there my name is Leo it says we are to be partners. Tell you what ill make sure my blade only sticks them if you do the same." Leo said jokingly. Laying the map on the table he began to show Lee some of the routes he had found of the terrain.

"Haha, you got it" Lee said joking while he shook Leo's hand. Leo showed him the map and the routes he had found, Lee though that it was a good idea to get to know his partners, to build trust. " So umm what exactly are you good at, I would like to know because in order to win this we need a strategy, and getting to know what we are good at may help you know", Lee shrugged

"im a hand to hand combat expert. Ive trained in various martial arts for years and on my person I have multiple weapons for CQC. my personal favorite is my sword, but I don't use that unless I find them worthy. Other than that I carry my knife and these." Adrian said as he laid his butterfly knife and silver knuckles on the table. He also held up his arm which jingled a little "Then I have these chain that I can use as whips, but normally I leave them wrapped around my time so that I can block weapons with them.".

"Hmm well I'm good at ranged combat, I use a wide range of explosives and a blue shiv for close combat, I'm also good at scouting and traps.

Drake impatiently waited for his partner to arrive. He was told his name was Joseph, but that was it. He was polishing his sniper rifle and studying the map that was spread on the table.

Finally arriving at the door, I walked in. The walls around me seemed closing. I never liked rooms, in fact I prefered to be out in the forest, or even near the dunes. But this last request was from a friend. I walked in and caught the gleam of a polished weapon. My hand hovered near my gun-blade, but I did not draw. I was supposed to meet some one here, and I would like that person to be alive. This job would not be easy, and I needed all the help I could get.

"Hey there," Drake said, setting his rifle down and standing. "I'm Drake," he extended a hand in greeting, a smile on his face.

I took the hand half-heatedly, the hand felt strong, as if the seemingly fragile man held a hidden potential. I matched his smile, this time it was real. "So, hows the situation?"

[Drake]

"We have been given a thick rain forest, so, it's good for guerilla warfare and sniping, but before we get into planning, what weapons do you use?" Drake asked, strictly business.

I pointed to my gun-blade and said, "This is a foldable gun-blade, sturdy as hell though it takes shells, so its only single shot, packs a punch." Next I pulled out my bow, "This bow is made out of a combination of titanium and ebony wood. It has a blade at each side, hidden, and the arrows have a few forms. Explosive, Light, and of course normal steel-tipped arrowheads. By the way, theres a reason why HQ sent me here. I can regenerate given time, as well as telaport every 20 minutes." I looked at his sniper and asked, "So why did HQ send you?"

"First off, I wasn't sent, I asked to come.I need to prove myself." Drake said. "I usually use my sniper rifle, no scope, no silencer. I can zoom my vision and calculate bullet drop anyways. Then I use a machine pistol for close quarters, mixed with my sword. Then I have a smg for mid range." he said, pointing to each gun and sword which he had on the table next to the map.

I stared at his weapons for a moment then said, "Ok, so how long till we leave? I'm ready when you are."

"We have about an hour and a half until we're aloud to leave, so we might as well hang out and get to know each other while we're waiting. That way we'll be more insync when we start fighting," Drake suggested, leaning back in the chair.

"Sure," I said. I sat down and unhooked my gun-blade, laying it on the table. "I tend to avoid open-fights. I once did a job when my blade broke and I almost died." I pointed to the quiver for my bow. "That's why I carry spare blades in my quiver." I grabbed my bow and pressed against both ends, The blades popped out. "For close-combat." I like to be in trees with my bow." I sighed. "Honestly This type of work tires me. but i'm looking for someone. The person who killed my brother."

"I hope it wasn't me," Drake said, calmly. "I'd hate to be on your bad side."

"So do I." I said. "So anything personal about your abillity? Not to get too personal."

I knew it wasn't him. The man before had a large silver blade. And I wouldn't find him, not here anyways.
