And that's exactly why you don't have the problem. People refreshing or hitting back and then submit again are making multiple posts. Silly bastards.

I was actually closing and re-opening Spam to check if it had gone through. If it hadn't, I attempted to resubmit. It usually works fine.

If I ever get the glitch/error page or any sort of insane lag I do tend to just close the tab and re-open, but occasionally I end up double posting anyways because the site ends up registering a double click as two separate posting instances.
