An arena RP family

I wanted to make a group of people who would fight as allies in the arena, with similar fighting styles. Outside of the arena, maybe in the nation rp section we would talk and socialize together. Kind of like a clan i guess you could say.

My thoughts, which are not law or set in stone for our arena family:
-we would have our family name or moto, or clan symbol in our signatures. (I can draw it and post it on devian art when we agree on something.) this would show who we are, and that we are proud to be family.
-we would Spar with each other and help each other improve
-we could TEACH people who are not great at Rp fighting so that they can improve, and maybe even join our family/ clan.
-we would have a standard for behavior and language so that everybody knows our family is respectable.
-we would have a shared technique. Not that you have to use it, but that everybody COULD use our family technique. (For example lets say we all had understanding of human anatomy. We would teach it to our family members for use in the arena)

I have not seen a fighting/arena clan in a very longtime. To be sure they exist still on many sites with a stong fighting community. I am curious as to the extent of activity you want or expect.

I more the less expect people who enjoy fighting and can be well mannered about it to come together with their similar interest. Id expect, but not require, moderate activity, at least one post a week. Id also expect some very bassic behavior standards, most of which are simply site rules, such as no Smut in public.

I would require us to socialize at leat a little, since were supposed to be a clan/ family. And id hope to see the family grow with time. Spreading from 2-4 people, to eventually a modest spectrum, and a respectable community.

One of my long term hopes for this, is to have a clan where most serious Arena fighters know us, and respect us, without fearing us. After all, we are a ton of people from about the globe, joining together to enjoy a common taste for Arena Rp.

Well on the last part, any serious arena fighter won't fear you, they will only respect you if you fight well and that is how you'll get known. Fight in tourneys, fight in invasions, seek out the best fighters on other sites, learn T-1 so it becomes the only system you'll fight with. Fight here so the lurkers, and there are lurkers, who always drop by this site to see who is fighting can get a feel for the activity of the clan. Don't use similar fighting styles, garner a mix of styles based on ranged, melee, tech, magic and psionic abilities.

I would love to join! Though I will be moving soon unfortunately so most of my time will be playing on the PC before we pack it up, hanging out with my friends, and yes, I'll try to be as active as possible.

I love T-1 (Or Emote is how I learned it) and have five years of roleplaying experience (95% if not all of my experience is from Real Time Roleplay on Retros/Habbo.com) I specialize in Melee and unarmed combat, and I'm alright with using Magicks and Illusions. Ranged is probably my weakest link though.

Well, than i look forwardto seeing you in the arena. I personally specialize in magic, and would be glad to teach you a thing or two of that, if you helped me get melee down. I always enjoy rping with experienced fighters.
