But, I'm pretty sure that the inactive people couldn't be the wolf, a role that important wouldn't be easily skipped over, y'know? But hey, I guess their going either way.

As an answer to earlier, I'm going to keep my vote on Alpha, it seems slightly unnecessary to change it now.

I think that it is a terrible mistake to assume that. If anything, the wolf would want to scoot under the radar for a while at the beginning, at least until it has someone else to put the blame on. I really hate to base anything on activity, because it can so easily be used to deceive. But I think deciding anyone inactive is harmless could get us in a ton of trouble.

If so, I'd say that their really rather smart to think of all the situations. But yes, that is a possibility as well.
Still, if they stay inactive, they get kicked. I've decided to keep my eyes on the last voters also, seeing as they might swoop in to agree with the rest, if only to build a certain level of "trust".

There are a ton of possibilities in front of us unfortunately.
