That's what I was asking. If people CAN be both lover and wolf, it would be characteristic of Squee to make the lover role obvious so that the wolf isn't targeted.

Squee, this is sort of just a clarification of the rules. Is it indeed possible for someone to be both lover and wolf?

Now Being a RD master, and RD GM myself, Lover, and the Wolf are main roles, so unless Squee is reinventing RD here, no you can't have both.

The now the Effect the Lover give, such as being tied with another rabbit can work on the wolf, and any other antag, and roles.

So yes wolf, and the snake can both be lovers.

EDIT: Apparently I may be wrong here...The lovers can lliterally be any two people.

Basically whoever is chosen to be "Matchmaker" simply chooses any two players in the game. I've never seen it where a wolf wound up being one of them but because the matchmaker doesn't know who has what role it is possible,

And as much as we say the lovers are "obvious" we have begun taking my opinion as fact. The original lover recommendation was actually me and Bea. Maybe the two teenagers who outcast Jordan are the actual lovers? I do believe the hints point towards myself and Foxxie but in reality we are working off one post. To follow the cliché, I don't think you want to lynch me. I'm not going to be all like "ERMAGERD I HAVE A MAJOR ROLE, YOU'LL REGRET IT" but I think I've been pretty helpful at dissecting material and tossing ideas around. Toss me out and if I am lovers with Foxxie you lose her too.

Honestly I believe Foxxie to simply be Mayor/Leader or whatever the heck it is. The one who's vote counts for 2. She is clearly shown to be the leader around here. This makes her valuable to have around as well as not as much of a threat to the wolves. They have bigger fish to fry, and this fact makes her MORE valuable.

A lot of people seemed to simply be background players meaning they probably for the most part don't have roles. K-97 is mentioned alone along with Nat. The group of 3 men described as businessmen are pretty relevant. Jordan is pointed out. His friend's shut up comment. Drakel and Nex are importantly noted. Then finally Shoxxie and Bea. Everyone else is kind of in the background right now, and it isn't like most GM's to completely hide the major roles in the opening post by making them unnoticeable.

Basically I have strong feelings that the evidence points towards Foxxie being Mayor meaning if you kill her off you lose a major role and possibly myself as well. I see 0 evidence pointing towards me and the only evidence towards Foxxie so far is her tool bag. The whole group followed her out to the house, I'm pretty sure they'd see her pull a knife out of the tool bag and stab someone.

Okay Now this is all the roles I can remember off the top of my head.

Suicidal Rabbit

There are also more GM made roles which change depending on the GM, and can be added left out depending on amount of players and theme.

Alright, so as for the questions:

1. Remember who your GM is.
2. Normally, there is a matchmaker role. If the matchmaker role is used and if there are lovers in the game, then yes. It is entirely possible for them to carry the role I initially gave them, along with the role of lovers.

I'd prefer to get a straight answer, even a simple 'no, I won't give out the role information because that would give away too many clues', but I don't think it's fair to get chided for finding answers where none were forthcoming.

And exactly how long do you propose we wait? I thought this was supposed to be a mini (aka, quick) RD?

Depending on the GM players usually have anywhere from 24 hours to 3 days to respond. Squee didn't actually specify though so I'd say wait until tomorrow at least so if someone was out all today they still have a chance.

Also it was mini when the plan was to only play and finish this on oldtower. That changed.
