Yolanda glanced at the gun now freely resting against the wall. She had had some training with a handgun back home; crime was rampant in South Africa and most carried weapons. Kidnappings and murders still occurred at an alarmingly high rate.

It was because of this fact that her father had given her basic training. She was no marksman but had no doubt that she could kill another with ease.

Yolanda wasn't, however, compelled to take the weapon and use it on her captor. He had been nice to her, if not a bit flirtatious, and her actions could lead to her death and the deaths of others. Omega was nice; how nice were the rest of his group?

"Perhaps they've each found their own prisoner to try and seduce." She commented lightly. Honestly, she could sense the man's concern ans wanted to return the mood to a light one.

Silas chuckled. "I don't think so. Alpha's someone that seems to always have a stick up his ass." He shrugged, speaking only from observations based on the very few short moments he'd been in the same room with Alpha. And he was definitely glad that those moment were short and few. Alpha and his group didn't seem like the type of people Silas wanted to be friends with. They all thought they were too high and mighty. At least even Silas knew he was low in the food chain. Alpha thought he controlled it.

"I don't know," he admitted. "I don't really know them well."

"Well, no one likes a sulking hostage taker. Cheer up." Yolanda smirked as she made an exaggerated gesture to go with her words. She preferred a more relaxed Omega; when he was tense, so was she. A tense feeling could lead to a panicked one - and nothing good came from panic.

Silas chuckled. Yolanda was right. Standing up abruptly, he threw his fist into the air. "Right. I've got to make your hostage experience memorable," he half-shouted with a cheeky grin. Looking aroudn at the drab place, he didn't really find much that they could do. He would just have to improvise.

He knelt down in front of Yolanda and held out a hand. "How do you feel about a dance party?" It was reckless and stupid, but that had never stopped Silas before. Why start then?

Yolanda looked down at Omega and gave him a coy smile, acting as if she was glancing around at blushing friends for encouragement. "Well, of course," She took his hand, noting how surprisingly soft it was, before standing up.

"I suppose it's only fitting that you lead." She continued, giving a small curtsy.

Grinning, happy that Yolanda went along, Silas began to move to a beat in his head. The beginning was slow, something akin to a waltz as he'd pulled Yolanda closer, before moving on to something a bit more modern, which consisted of a bunch of random moves that didn't make any sense at all. He was laughing by the end of it, something that the others might have heard as he'd received a message thay halted his laughter.

Grimacing, he turned back to Yolanda. "I just got reprimanded," he explained. "Apparently, having fun wasn't part of the job." He rolled his eyes.

Yolanda couldn't help but laugh; it was a girly sound, not particularly suited to her tough and somewhat alien exterior.

She laughed even harder at Omega's last comment and shook her head, covering her mouth to stop the echoing sound. "Someone's in trouble!" She sing-songed.

Silas gave Yolanda a playful shove. "You got me in trouble," he faux-pouted before a huge grin took over.

He took out his phone, something Colin had stolen for him, from his pocket and opened up the music player. He showed the screen to Yolanda, which was flashing his dance playlist. He'd only played it with Slanie and the others before to let loose and have fun, but he decided that it would be just as fun with Yolanda. "Want to mess with him a bit more?" He knew he shouldn't be doing this, that it wasn't part of the job, but to hell with it. He could already feel the whole thing fall apart, so why not just have fun in the process. Besides, prison isn't quite a new sight for him.

Yolanda arched an eyebrow at him before nodding. "If you can't have fun with criminals, who can you have fun with?"

She smirked before gesturing for Omega to play the first song. She knew that if anyone were to walk in, criminal or law enforcement alike, that she wouldn't be seen in a particularly favorable light. At the very least, she'd be hauled off for psychiatric assessment.

'Stockholm Syndrome' flashed briefly in her mind but she pushed it away. She wasn't crazy; just making the best of a bad situation.

"Wonderful," Silas cheered as he moved to tap the first song on the list. He never expected to meet someone like Yolanda when he woke up that morning. He expected to do a job and be done with it within ten minutes or so. He expected a normal afternoon with Slanie, playing video games and eating pizza. But, he supposed, the unexpected can have its perks.

Asthe first seconds of the song played and Silas was just getting ready to show off his moves, rapid footsteps echoed in the hallways. Not a second later, Beta peeked in with a panicked look in her eyes. "We've got trouble, Omega," she said, grimacing briefly at the sight of the two of them. She gestured for Silas to follow her in a more private setting.

Silas tossed an apologetic smile towards Yolanda before doing as he was asked. When he returned, Beta going back to her own station as well, his face was pale and deathly. Still, being Silas, he forced a smile to appear as a mask when he neared Yolanda. "Looks like we're going to be here a bit longer," he said in a noticeably shaky voice. "A whole lot longer."

Yolanda's smile fell from her face as Omega returned. She saw a mask attempt to conceal his feelings but failed.

Stepping over to him, Yolanda was torn as to whether comfort the man or yell at him. She wanted to go home; not spend all day and longer in a bank vault.

"What's the matter?" She asked, worry edging her words.

Silas chuckled, but it was dry and humourless. "Nothing gets past you, huh?" Never one to divulge his troubles to his friends, much less to a person that was barely above a stranger, he attempted to continue and make light of the situation.

"You know, being in a room filled to the brim with cash and a very beautiful lady," he grinned, a bit more believeable this time around, "I oughta be happy. I'm probably the luckiest man in the world right now, and the extra time is just cherry on top of everything."

He raised a brow. "Don't tell me you're not into this? Cured of your stockholm syndrome already?"

Yolanda folded her arms in front of her, eyeing him skeptically for a moment longer before sitting down on the ground by him. She gave a small smile and tapped her fingers against her knee.

"Shockingly, no. I'm not really into being stuck in a stuffy bank vault when I could just do my job and go home. Astounding, isn't it?" Yolanda arched an eyebrow at Omega, mirroring his expression.

Silas shook his head. Of course he'd expected her answer. "Don't be so surly, girly," he muttered with a small smile.

Sitting down on his throne, he continued, "Since we're staying together a little longer, I guess you'd better call me by my name. It's only fair, right? It's Silas." He lowered his voice and averted his eyes. "Piss on that damn Alpha's face," he muttered under his breath.

Yolanda wrinkled her nose at the comment before nodding as he continued. "I like that much more than 'Omega'," She stood then and walked over to him.

"Since we're getting to know each other, we should introduce ourselves like regular people." She extended her hand towards him in offer of a handshake. "I'm Yolanda. It's nice to meet you."

Silas nodded and took her hand, but instead of shaking it, he placed a fleeting kiss on each of her knuckles. "What a lovely name," he stated as he straightened up. "The name is Silas." He smirked and he eyed Yolanda up and down. "Is it too forward if I asked you out for coffee?"

Yolanda scoffed a little at the action and shook her head, soon removing her hand from Silas' grasp and crossing her arms. She arched an eyebrow, slightly taken aback at the level of confidence one individual could exude at a single moment. "Maybe under different circumstances, Silas." She responded with a slight smirk.

Silas frowned, unconsciously agreeing with Yolanda. Their situation wasn't ideal, and it was such a shame. Yolanda was a woman Silas knew he would never meet again - a once in a lifetime taste of heaven, and really, all they did was talk. He could only use his imagination to think about how utterly glorious it would be if he actually managed to have her in every way possible. That was impossible, of course, so he dropped the frown and settled back to his confident persona. "Let's just pretend then," he said. "Imagine walking to the bank like every other morning. And you suddenly bump into this gorgeous lad." He smirked as he pointed to himself. "Would you agree to coffee?"

Yolanda was silent for a few moments, the fingers of her right hand tapping against the bicep of her left. She looked him up and down once again, as she had before, though in a slightly different manner; she tried to imagine them as friendly strangers, taking the roles of hostage and hostsge taker away. She settled on a shrug at first, stalling for time. It proved hard to answer under Silas' gaze, one already so sure of the answer she would give. "Possibly," Yolanda answered finally, before adding, "But I don't like coffee."

Silas smirked, as though he'd expected something like Yolanda's answer. Of course, he hadn't, but the ladies never needed to know that. All they had to see was his charming, boyish grin and listen to him compliment them until it was enough to get in their pants. After that, as per usual, he would disappear from their lives - as if their one night of heaven had been nothing but a dream. That was his usual go-to route, but he wanted something different with Yolanda. His smirk dropped, and in its place, a more sincere smile arose. "I'd ask you out for lunch, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't appreciate a dine and dash." His eyes twinkled with glee as he placed a hand on the bridge of his nose - straightening an invisible pair of glasses. "How about I just cook for you instead? I swear, no stranger danger here."
